Mandates & Approach

Authority, Trust, and a Low Profile

Powers of Attorney & Mandates

Georgiy Shaevich holds authorization letters and powers of attorney from our Chinese partner enterprises, appointing him their official representative across the South Caucasus, Asia, the EU, and the CIS in energy, infrastructure, and related civil sectors. These mandates allow ALTTECH to negotiate, conduct research, represent partners to third parties, and present projects to local stakeholders.

Our Working Style

We consciously keep a low profile. Our role is to help develop and deliver projects — quietly, reliably, and behind the scenes. Our clients and partners stay in the spotlight; ALTTECH stays focused on getting things done.
